    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in;text-align:left;\" id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size:21px;font-family:Calibri;color:#394048;font-weight:bold;\">Position:&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-size:21px;font-family:Calibri;color:#394048;\">&nbsp;Maintenance Tech</span></p><p style=\"margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in;text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:21px;font-family:Calibri;color:#394048;\"><strong>3rd</strong></span><span style=\"font-size:21px;font-family:Calibri;color:black;\"><strong>&nbsp;Shift: 8:00pm-6:00am Monday-Friday&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:21px;font-family:Calibri;color:#394048;font-weight:bold;\">Location: Rockwall, TX</span></p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\">Position Summary</p><p>The multi-craft maintenance technician is responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment to support the achievement of the company&rsquo;s business goals and objectives.</p><p><u>Job Responsibilities</u></p><p>&bull;Proven preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on AC/DC motors, pumps, sumps, gearboxes, hydraulic units, analog/digital drives, lift trucks, machinery and industrial equipment</p><p>&bull;Demonstrated ability to safely disassemble equipment, recommend replacement parts and reassemble equipment; makes sound judgments on when to replace parts</p><p>&bull;Proven experience in hydraulics and pneumatics; understanding fluid power</p><p>&bull;Welding and ability to fabricate machine parts from drawings for equipment repairs preferred</p><p>&bull;Demonstrated ability to use measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) and electrical equipment (amp meter, ohmmeter, megger, voltmeter and other basic electrical tools)</p><p>&bull;Reads and interprets wiring diagrams, schematics, ladder logic and electrical specifications</p><p>&bull;Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical standards and codes with skills installing single and three phase wiring</p><p>&bull;Understand AC, DC and variable frequency drives and how each functions; troubleshoots to determine root cause of malfunction.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Sound Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) knowledge; ability to troubleshoot, create and modify programs preferred Capable of performing replacement drive installations</p><p>&bull;Ability to understand and complete Auto CAD drawings a plus</p><p>&bull;Have an understanding of Reliability Principles Knowledge of Predictive Technology and Measures</p><p>&bull;Participate in Failure Reporting and Root Cause Analysis&nbsp;</p><p><u>Position Requirements</u>:</p><p>&bull;Adherence to Core Values</p><p>&bull;Two (2) year technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance Technology&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Three (3) or more years of experience as an Industrial Electrician and/or Maintenance Mechanic preferred&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Continued growth of technical knowledge, skills and proficiency required&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Flexibility to work on any shift&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Team player and self-starter; strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships with cross-functional teams&nbsp;</p><p>Basic computer skills</p><p id=\"isPasted\">Other Duties as assigned</p><p><em id=\"isPasted\">Agave Wire LTD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
