This role functions similarly to an Operations Manager—owning day‑to‑day execution, resource management, quality control, budgeting, and team leadership across scenic and decor workflows. The position is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, inventory accuracy, and consistent delivery of high‑quality scenic environments for live events, corporate productions, touring shows, and venue activations.</p>\n<p>The Scenic &amp; Decor Manager drives continuous improvement through data analysis, SOP development, and cross‑functional collaboration while maintaining fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations &amp; Process Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all daily scenic and decor operations including prep, warehouse flow, load‑in/load‑out, strike, and asset return.</li>\n<li>Develop, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure operational consistency.</li>\n<li>Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Audio, Video, Lighting, Rigging, and Staging departments to ensure seamless production integration.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scenic, Decor &amp; Inventory Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the lifecycle management of scenic and decor inventory including procurement, storage, maintenance, deployment, and retirement.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate inventory tracking, forecasting, and utilization through inventory systems.</li>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships, fabrication partners, rental partners, and material suppliers.</li>\n<li>Oversee logistics planning, transport coordination, and asset readiness for all events.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Control &amp; Production Standards</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and enforce quality benchmarks for scenic fabrication, decor finishes, soft goods, and installations.</li>\n<li>Conduct quality checks to ensure scenic elements meet design intent, safety standards, and client expectations.</li>\n<li>Address defects, damage, or inconsistencies with corrective action plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial &amp;
