What You’ll Do (aka Responsibilities) Growing, leading and managing the Azul North America sales team Recruiting, hiring and training of sales reps Coaching direct reports on strategies that drive results Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets Representing and presenting the Azul message at conferences and customer and partner events Accurately reporting on sales activity and critical success metrics and forecasting Ensuring adoption and compliance with standard sales processes and usage of sales tools and systems What You’ll Bring (aka Experience, Skills Education) 10+ years in a sales vice president, or equivalent role A mix of experience selling enterprise software in start-up environments and working for mid-large enterprise software companies Proven track record building and managing high-performance sales teams Proven track record of driving strong sales results against target plans. Prefer experience overseeing high growth software or software-related services businesses Strong sales management fundamentals - understanding sales methodologies, team selling Proficient in all aspects of Salesforce.com Proficient in tools and techniques for prospecting and funnel building Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and team building skills Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
