    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">ReLogic Research, Inc. is seeking a self-starting, highly motivated, experienced (3+ years) Composite Analyst with thermo-structural analysis of fiber reinforced composite materials for a full-time position at ReLogic.  ReLogic’s central focus is to continually promote a culture that stimulates personal, professional, and intellectual growth, while developing elegant solutions to tough problems. We encourage teammates to be self-governing based on high standards of professionalism and judgement.  This role will be in direct support of ReLogic’s efforts to solve priority problems highly aligned with our national defense strategy.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Primary Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Focus Areas: Hypersonics, Tactical Missile Systems, Aviation</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Work with team members, technical managers, and subject matter experts to develop analysis skills relevant to speed missile and aviation technology development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Conduct thermos-structural analysis relating to hypersonic and high-speed vehicle design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Utilize test data and modeling and simulation tools to predict and measure high temperature material states of stress and deflections</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Apply structural engineering best practices to existing applications and new developments including test-driven development activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Develop written reports, briefings, and other documentation to present internally and to customer POCs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Requirements &amp; Desired Skills </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Strong interest in analysis (80% of time)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (MS desired)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">0-10 years of general experience in thermo-structural analysis (3+ desired)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ability to travel both domestic and international</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience with solid and surface based (laminates) models of composites in Abaqus or Ansys </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience with maintaining multiple meshes (CFD, thermal, structural) and mapping data between meshes is desired</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience with FAA best practices for Fiber Composite Analysis and Design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Understanding of micromechanics and lamination theory desired</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">This is full-time salaried position with full benefits offered.
