Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to maintenance best practices.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintenance Execution: Oversee and perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and overhauls on gensets, engines, alternators, switchgear, and power distribution systems.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Troubleshooting: Lead diagnostics on diesel engines, electrical systems (12/24VDC, 480V/600V AC), hydraulics, and control systems.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Fleet Optimization: Support companywide offload vs. repair strategy, ensuring high-demand Tier 3 assets are prioritized for </span><span>rebuild</span><span> while obsolete equipment is retired.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Inventory &amp;
