Overview
Receptionist – Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
Location: Warwick, NYCompensation: $20.00 per hour (starting rate)Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Flexible scheduling available within office hours)
We are seeking a receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks. This position offers a flexible daytime schedule and is a great opportunity for individuals seeking reliable work during standard business hours .

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Enter and maintain customer and order information in company systems
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel) for daily administrative tasks
Perform basic math calculations as needed
Provide administrative support to staff and management
Assist with special projects and cross-departmental tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365
Minimum working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet navigation)
High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and invoicing
Ability to perform basic math functions
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn
Previous experience in an office, receptionist, or invoicing role is a plus, but not required (training provided)
