When you work here, you&rsquo;ll be treated with the same level of respect and positive attitude.</p><p>As a screen printing press operator 1<sup>st</sup> shift, you will be making our customer&rsquo;s artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Here is what a typical day might look like.&nbsp;</strong><strong>(These are the essential functions of the job.)&nbsp;</strong><strong>Other duties may be assigned.</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.</li><li>Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.</li><li>Setup, operate, and troubleshoot a screen-printing press to screen print decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment.</li><li>Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment.</li><li>Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.</li><li>Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.</li><li>Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.</li><li>Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.</li></ul><p><strong>You might be a fit for this position if you are:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Someone who can communicate effectively as well as work independently and as a team player.</li><li>A multi-tasker who is ready to act in any situation.</li><li>Organized and focused on the details that matter.</li><li>Someone who enjoys change and trying new things.</li><li>Is energetic and sets a positive example for others.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Required education/skills/experience:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent.<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>What if I don&rsquo;t have a high school diploma or equivalent?&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li>4imprint is an organization committed to learning and curiosity.
