The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one our fabulous corporate office!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The Distribution Centre Analyst supports logistics operations by analyzing performance data, maintaining reporting tools, and collaborating with distribution centres and internal teams. This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, supporting financial analysis, and providing insights that help guide business decisions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and provide reporting to various business units on Distribution Centre performance.</li>\n <li>Gather and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the organization.</li>\n <li>Help to develop new reporting and update existing reporting as required.</li>\n <li>Work with and help to create new reporting tools to support the business, example labour management tool.</li>\n <li>Prepare P&L explanations and summary reports for senior leadership.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with distribution centre teams, finance, and accounting to investigate discrepancies and provide operational insights.</li>\n <li>Aid with financial investigations with the various distribution centres</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)</li>\n <li>Experience with SQL or database querying</li>\n <li>Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)</li>\n <li>Team Player</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why The Brick?</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A flexible and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Paramedical Services for you and your family</li>\n <li>Competitive remuneration package that will commensurate with experience</li>\n <li>Career progression potential with plenty of access to ongoing personal and professional development</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li>A dynamic environment to showcase your leadership talents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
