Looking for eager Waxologists who are great at connecting with people and are financially motivated! We have also added Lash Lifts + Tints + Brow Laminations to our menu for additional opportunities to earn. Apply now to start training in late October or early November!</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of working as a Wax Specialist at Radiant Waxing Salon:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay: Full time wax specialists can make on average from <strong>$25-35</strong> hourly but once your clientele is built up, some make over <strong>$45+ per hour</strong> in summer months as there is no cap on our service scale.</li>\n <li>All Radiant Waxing wax specialists receive free, 3 week comprehensive training in the specially designed Radiant Waxing speed-waxing technique.</li>\n <li>A dynamic team with a beauty focused culture</li>\n <li>Beautiful and inclusive location in Nampa! </li>\n <li>Fun and repetitive clientele</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Waxing Specialist Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Willing to work flexible days and hours, we are open 8AM-8PM and operate with reduced hours on the weekends. You must be available during our entire hours of operations. This position will be working 4 shifts during the week (2 AMs and 2 PMs) and our shifts run 8AM-2PM & 2PM -8PM, in addition,  you will work every Saturday OR Sunday from 8:00-6:00 PM.  \n  <ul>\n   <li>Sample Schedule 1: Sun & Mon Off, Tues 8-2, Wed 2-8, Thurs 8-2, Fri 2-8, Sat 8-6</li>\n   <li>Sample Schedule 2: Sunday 8-6, Monday 2-8, Tuesday 2-8, Wed 8-2, Thurs off, Fri 7-2, Sat Off</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Must have a current licensed esthetician / cosmetology license or in the process of obtaining an esthetician or cosmetology license. We are ideally looking for someone who is already licensed. </li>\n <li>An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, safe, and welcome during all services. </li>\n <li>Perform ALL Radiant Waxing services for ALL GENDERS- This is nonnegotiable due to our company values. We teach all services in detail and have a lot of safety/comfort procedures for everyone! </li>\n <li>Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional appearance during working hours</li>\n <li>Work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives</li>\n <li>We love connecting with students interested in working in the salon and spa industry who are currently attending esthetics or cosmetology school.</li>\n <li>We love speaking to barbers, medical estheticians, master estheticians,  skin care specialists (licensed estheticians), hair stylists, and anyone in the spa, salon, beauty industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We will contact you for a phone screen if you do not already have one completed.
