Job Summary<br><br>The Manager will be responsible for the development of programs that increase business optimization and increasing organizational capability across Fleet, logistics and collections departments<br><br>II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Responsible for overseeing the development of programs that support strategic objectives.</li><li>Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Coordinates and integrates multiple enterprise solutions projects with a large scope and complexity in an environment for business change.</li><li>Develops an understanding of the day-to-day operations of logistics or collections department and provides daily support to managers in ensuring process, quality and budget performance.</li><li>Works with senior management, various board and steering committees, functional leaders and individual team leaders by contributing strategic vision and integrating a broad range of ideas regarding logistics and business solutions development.</li><li>Responsible for deliverables, cost, schedule and quality of one or more enterprise solutions projects.</li><li>Plans projects, allocates and directs staff and other resources to accomplish project tasks and maintain control over the project(s).</li><li>Works with internal and external customers, suppliers and other partners to resolve problems, respond to suggestions for improvement and enhancements, test, refine and institutionalize solutions.</li><li>Drives the project(s) and the organization toward achieving business results.</li><li>Identifies and ensures continuous development, improvement and implementation of WM key business processes within the enterprise and within Centers of Excellence</li><li>Focuses on consistency and quality in the implementation of process improvements and is involved in the post-implementation verification.</li><li>Participates in the development of training/coaching programs and the implementation of coaching processes.</li></ul><p><br>III. Qualifications&nbsp;<br><br>A. Required Qualifications&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree</li><li>High School Diploma or GED (accredited)</li><li>four years of relevant work experience</li><li>5 years relevant experience in dispatch, logistics or collections (in addition to education requirement).</li></ul><p><br>B. Preferred Qualifications&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Project management and organizational skills for documentation and milestone management</li><li>WM Field Centric</li><li>Equipment performance team fit</li><li>process management, PM program, specifications, planning and scheduling and standard repair times</li><li>Technical refuse truck expertise, chassis, and body experience.</li><li><p>Experience with today's technology, technician tablets, power BI, telematics diagnostics</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>IV. Benefits&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S is $119,460 - $182,033. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
