They will demonstrate systems thinking, knowledge and experience with innovative approaches of change and project management to support an environment of continuous quality improvement within a matrix structure. They will demonstrate knowledge and experience of clinical best practices and support innovative approaches in the delivery of clinical services. The Specialist is responsible for implementing Primary Health Care projects that connect to the goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
