TMH is the region's healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region's only:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Level II Trauma Center </li>\n <li>Primary Stroke Center </li>\n <li>Level III Neonatal Intensive Care </li>\n <li>Pediatric Intensive Care </li>\n <li>The most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices. </p>\n<h2>HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>Maintain the facilities in a presentable state of repair and appearance; perform renovations and new construction in accordance with prints and applicable codes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hardware:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adjusts, repairs, replaces, or re-keys hardware as necessary.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Remodel/Renovate:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lays out job.</li>\n <li>Installs studs after demolition.</li>\n <li>Performs demolition/installation/finish work</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Door Installation:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Installs doors. </li>\n <li>Routes hinge replacement.</li>\n <li>Squares in opening.</li>\n <li>Makes necessary adjustments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Wall Decorations:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hangs bulletin boards, pictures, and objects on walls.</li>\n <li>Installs crash rails.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Floors:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Replaces/installs carpet.</li>\n <li>Repairs/replaces/installs baseboard.</li>\n <li>Repairs/replaces VA tile.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reports:</strong></p>\n<p>Exec Director/Facilities</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervises:</strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Vocational/Technical School Degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: Five (5) years of job-related experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>None</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>If you are interested in becoming a part of TMH’s legacy of quality & compassionate healthcare, we want to know you.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Please submit your application & resume TODAY!
