Showcase your service and organization strengths as Event Set-Up Supervisor, where your attention to detail, safety and quality will help “set the stage” for a successful group functions in our Event space.</p><p><strong>Starting Rate:</strong> $27.86 per hour</p><p>We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $30.56</p><p><strong>Job Duties Include</strong><strong>:</strong>&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>Reporting to the Event Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Build daily task lists, motivate your team, and work alongside them to ensure all event deadlines are met.</li><li>Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms efficiently and safely, following event orders as directed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas; report any unsafe conditions or equipment.</li><li>Complete office and clerical duties to assist with planning and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li><li>Provide consistent, professional, and friendly service while following all policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li></ul>",
