If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a team that keeps things moving long after most people have gone home, we&#39;d love to meet you.</p><p><strong>Job Summary/Objective</strong></p><p>Members of our 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team are responsible for safely and efficiently producing, baking, packaging, and preparing bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include operating production equipment, mixing ingredients, monitoring ovens, leading production teams, packaging finished goods, cleaning equipment, and supporting daily manufacturing operations.</p><p>The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, values safety and quality, and is willing to work a flexible schedule to help meet production goals.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><p>Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:</p><p><strong>Production &amp; Equipment Operations</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Set up machinery and production lines according to product specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor oven temperatures, machine settings, production speeds, and product quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and produce ingredient batches by accurately following formulas and production instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>Support packaging, palletizing, and movement of finished products throughout the facility.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Quality Assurance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform quality checks on ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor product characteristics such as color, texture, consistency, aroma, and appearance.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete required production, quality, and traceability documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process improvements.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Safety &amp; Sanitation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, allergen, and sanitation procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Support wash-down, cleaning, and sanitation activities as required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership &amp;
