    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>About the role</span></span></span><span> <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span>We're hiring a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of finance for our global B2B business — </span><span>this is a piv</span><span>otal role within a high performing global Finance team at 3P Learning</span><span>, an ASX-listed</span><span>, purpose</span></span><span><span> driven</span><span> EdTech </span><span>organisation marking a </span><span>difference in the lives of millions of students worldwide through our suite of industry-leading products, including Mathletics, Reading Eggs, </span><span>Mathseeds</span><span>, and Writing Legends</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>Reporting to the Head of Finance, </span><span>you'll</span><span> run a multi-region team that delivers </span><span>timely</span><span>, </span><span>accurate</span><span> financial outputs for the B2B segment</span><span> of 3P Learning</span><span>, and act as </span><span>a</span><span> partner to commercial leaders across APAC, EMEA and AMER. </span><span>This is</span><span> a senior operational leadership role with strong visibility to the Director, Finance</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>This full-time hybrid role includes </span><span>at least </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>2 days per week at our Sydney office</span></span></span><span><span> in Leichhardt. To be eligible, you must be </span><span>located</span><span> within commuting distance of Sydney and have full working rights in Australia. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What </span><span>you'll</span><span> do</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead the daily operations of the B2B finance team — including a wider team of around 10 across three regions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coach and develop </span><span>the</span><span> broader team,</span><span> setting clear standards and </span><span>providing managerial support to effectively engage and motivate </span><span>the</span><span> team. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with regional Sales and Commercial leaders on deal pricing, margin analysis, contract </span><span>reviews</span><span> and commission inputs — escalating material judgement calls to the Global Head of Finance.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Own the monthly close, KPI reporting and CFO pack inputs for the B2B segment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Operate revenue governance day-to-day in a SaaS / </span><span>Education Technology</span><span> environment, in alignment with Group policy</span><span> and relevant accounting standards</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Drive working capital outcomes — DSO, </span><span>collections</span><span> and credit risk — in partnership with the AR team.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Run the annual cost allocation, budget </span><span>inputs</span><span> and forecast tracker for the segment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Govern data and change requests across NetSuite, </span><span>Salesforce</span><span> and Adaptive Insights.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> and lead automation and process improvement initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Build scenario models (growth, churn, pricing, headcount, </span><span>market</span><span> or product entry) to support senior decision-making.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What </span><span>you'll</span><span> bring</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Extensive</span><span> finance experience, including leading finance teams — ideally managing </span><span>team members</span><span> across multiple regions or time zones.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>CA, </span><span>CPA</span><span> or equivalent professional qualification.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrated experience operating revenue recognition policy in a SaaS, </span><span>subscription</span><span> or recurring-revenue environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong FP&amp;A toolkit — driver-based forecasting, variance </span><span>analysis</span><span> and scenario modelling.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Hands-on NetSuite experience (essential);
