    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>We are currently offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time BHTs!</strong></p><p>The BHT supports patients with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse by assisting with daily living activities and implementing therapeutic interventions under clinician supervision.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Patient Care:</strong> Assist with hygiene, meal prep, and medication management; monitor and document patient behavior and well-being.</li><li><strong>Behavioral Support:</strong> Implement individual treatment plans and help patients develop coping skills.</li><li><strong>Crisis Intervention:</strong> Respond to crises, ensuring patient safety and de-escalating situations.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate, confidential records of patient interactions and treatment progress.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work with healthcare professionals on treatment planning; attend team meetings.</li><li><strong>Education and Support:</strong> Educate patients and families about mental health; facilitate group therapy and workshops.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Follow regulations and policies, including HIPAA and safety protocols.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma required; associate&#39;s degree in a related field preferred.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior experience in behavioral health is preferred.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong communication, teamwork, crisis intervention, empathy, and documentation skills.</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> CPR/First Aid certification required; additional certifications like CBHT are a plus.</li><li><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:&nbsp;</strong>May&nbsp;work in clinical, residential, or community settings with potential exposure to challenging behaviors; flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, may be required.</p><p>Pay starts at $17.00 and has the earning potential up to $25.50, based on education, experience, and shift differentials. &nbsp;We have full-time and part-time available.</p><p>Shifts are as follows: &nbsp;</p><p>Behavior Health Technician - Day Shift 7am-3:30pm&nbsp;</p><p>Behavior Health Technician - Evening Shift 3pm-11:30pm&nbsp;</p><p>Behavior Health Technician - Overnight Shift 11pm-7:30am&nbsp;</p><p>Shift Differentials are:</p><p>Weekday evenings: $3.00</p><p>Weekday overnight: $2.00</p><p>Weekend (Friday at 7pm-Monday 7am) $2.00</p><p>Please note that these differentials compound upon one another, so if someone would be working overnights on the weekend, they would be making $4.00 on top of their base pay.
