          "text": "<p>We are looking for a talented Validation Fulfillment Associate to join our growing global team at Sectigo.</p><p>The Validation Fulfillment Associate role is an entry level position in the cybersecurity public key infrastructure (PKI) industry.&#xa0;This individual&#xa0;supports&#xa0;and works&#xa0;closely with validation specialists and technical support agents to process certificate installation on hardware tokens and shipping to customers.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\nHere are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Install security&#xa0;certificates&#xa0;orders on hardware tokens according to industry and company compliance requirements. &#xa0;</li><li>Maintain quality assurance over the workflow process. &#xa0;</li><li>Note inventory levels and alert&#xa0;supervisor&#xa0;to potential issues &#xa0;</li><li>Resolve customer shipping issues and escalate cases when&#xa0;appropriate.  &#xa0;</li><li>Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.</li></ul><p>More information about this role:</p><ul><li>This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Scottsdale office 5 days a week.</li><li>This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Manager, Validation.</li><li>The targeted compensation package for this role is between USD 42,000&#xa0;and 44,000,&#xa0;subject upon internal equity and years of experience. &#xa0;We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be&#xa0;modified&#xa0;based on business needs and market trends.</li></ul>",
