          "text": "<p>Having hands-on experience in Recruiting and Onboarding<br />Having experience in Greenhouse App<br />Worked with greenhouse and WorkDay recruit<br />Good Communication Skills<br /><br /><strong>Workday HCM Role:</strong><br />· Ability to configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security functional areas within the Workday system<br />· Conduct unit testing and provide production support on an ongoing basis<br />· Act as a functional point of contact between other functional departments and IT/HR leaders to gather requirements on new configuration and triage production breaks<br />· Conduct analysis of current process within Workday and recommendations for enhancement<br />· Aligns with global and local participants in planning, analysis, and development of business requirements for HRIS modifications and improvements<br />· Ability to configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security functional areas within the Workday system<br />· Utilize a ticket system to respond to tier two support requests<br />· Collaborate with global HRIS partners to develop solutions for Workday enhancements and fixes that meet regional and global needs for a balanced platform.<br />· Collaborate with HR Communications teams to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support change management.<br />· Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product development, delivery, and support.<br />· Provide direction, mentoring, and guidance to other team members for areas of Workday expertise<br />· SME knowledge of HR business processes; ability to document processes and generate concise and understandable business requirements for non-technical audiences and partner sign off<br />· Ability to identify and articulate options to partners and influence decisions based on facts and analysis<br /><br />Must have at least four (4) years of experience in the following -<br />· Workday HCM, Global Implementation, Workday updates, Performance, Talent, Compensation.<br />· Workday EIBs and Calc Fields<br />· Advanced Reports in Workday<br />Preferable Workday or Implementation Partner trained</p>",
