    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Fabricates various materials (steel, titanium and aluminum) to engineering drawing requirements</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2> \n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clocks into jobs in the ERP system.</li>\n <li>Understands different material types.</li>\n <li>Manipulates material with proper tooling.</li>\n <li>Uses Form Tooling/Templates to determine shapes of parts.</li>\n <li>Uses check fixtures for parts.</li>\n <li>Uses Pressbrakes, Hydro Presses, Drop Hammers, and Roll Form equipment to fabricate parts out of various types of metal.</li>\n <li>Familiar with using pneumatic tools such as dotcos, straight grinders, polishing wheels, drill motors, orbital sanders.</li>\n <li>Reads calipers, micrometers, straight edges, radius gauges and protractors.</li>\n <li>Understands what flatness, straightness and angles are and how to form them.</li>\n <li>Understands allowed working time for forming.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Tempers and Gauges of materials.</li>\n <li>Recognizes Corrosion and Burns after Heat Treat.</li>\n <li>Proper handling and containment of parts to be processes.</li>\n <li>Understands proper surface preparation.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the quality of his/her own work.</li>\n <li>Wears required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE.)</li>\n <li>Keeps work space clean and organized.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.</li>\n <li>Works well with hands and has knowledge of tools.</li>\n <li>Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.</li>\n <li>Ability to use and operate a fork lift (certification required).</li>\n <li>Professional communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate well with co-workers on your shift plus other shifts.</li>\n <li>Must be able to listen, take direction as well as get along with co-workers.</li>\n <li>Must be able to do simple math.</li>\n <li>Familiar with and capable of using basic and specialty hand tools including precision measuring equipment.</li>\n <li>Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions.</li>\n <li>Successfully complete all annual company required training.</li>\n <li>Wears required PPE at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><strong>:</strong><strong>            </strong><strong><u>Preferred Education and Experience</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year of fabrication or similar manufacturing experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Equipment used:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <ul>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Forklift</li>\n    <li>Hydro Press</li>\n    <li>Pressbrake</li>\n    <li>Drop Hammer</li>\n    <li>Shrinker/Stretcher</li>\n    <li>Hydro Press</li>\n    <li>Arbor Press</li>\n    <li>Hammers</li>\n   </ul>\n  </ul>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <ul>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Regularly required to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.</li>\n    <li>Able to use hammers/pound repetitively for extended periods of time.</li>\n   </ul>\n  </ul>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Work Environment:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <ul>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Climate controlled manufacturing environment</li>\n    <li>Occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, heat, cold or chemicals.</li>\n   </ul>\n  </ul>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
