You will be a core member of the Accounting team with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the company continues to scale.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for all Accounts Receivable activities: invoicing, collections, and reconciliations</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own and manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including vendor onboarding, invoice review and coding, obtaining approvals, and payment processing (check, ACH, and wire)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and coordinate the activities of accounting support staff, including provider invoice processing personnel and temporary accounting resources, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track vendor and contractor spend against purchase order limits and support year-end 1099 reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and process employee expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card statements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support Provide cash management support by recording cash receipts daily, planning disbursements and assisting with the 13-week cash forecast.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contribute to month-end close by recording journal entries, analyzing accounts and reclassifying expenses as needed, and completing balance sheet reconciliations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate coding and alignment with project budget</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in the annual financial audit by preparing schedules and responding to auditors&rsquo; requests for information.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain the fixed asset register and record monthly depreciation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare and file gross receipts, sales &amp; use, and personal property tax returns</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase efficiency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform additional accounting duties and ad hoc projects as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3 &ndash; 5 years of progressive accounting experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint strongly preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Government contracting experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and Power Query</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting workflows</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Committed to producing consistent high-quality, accurate work and continuously improving financial processes</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A clear and effective communicator with strong interpersonal and written skills</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Join Three Wire?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You&rsquo;ll be part of a purpose-driven company where your work directly supports programs that make a real impact.
