Join a dynamic, collaborative team driven by innovation, agility, and rapid growth.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As part of the Professional Services team, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing new client onboarding, current client expansions, and special projects as they arise, with a focus on complex and enterprise level projects. Each project opportunity includes defining the project objectives and success criteria, assessing and documenting scope, executing project deliverables, communicating with our customers’ project teams, coordinating the efforts of cross-functional team members internally, and generally overseeing quality control throughout the lifecycle of the project.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The success of this role means faster, better onboardings that improve the time to value for our customers. It ensures our customers are deploying our software in a way that meets their business needs and solves their most critical challenges. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for assisting the PM team manager with training, development, and mentoring of team members, assisting with creating and updating standards and processes and collaborating with the PM team manager to track and improve team performance toward meeting department and team KPIs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and complete training modules for the Project Manager team to level up product and technical knowledge. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Review and creation of process documentation for best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Execute onboardings in an efficient, professional manner in order to achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction and utilization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Plan and conduct complex enterprise level onboardings, coordinating processes with both internal teams as well as large customer teams that may span multiple locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Consult with clients on product features/functionality and implementation best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Interpret complex business requirements and advise customers on the conversion of manual processes and practices to electronic or automated systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Participate in tenant configuration and setup for customers by leveraging advanced product and industry expertise.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Utilize project management skills to drive all aspects of project planning, governance and delivery for multi-phase, multi-product implementations including detailed deployment timelines in the form of a project plan, status communications, project success criteria, and issue mitigation and resolution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Ensure appropriate resources are dedicated both internally and externally to meet/exceed project and customer expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Anticipate and manage project issues as they arise and ensure prompt resolution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Review overall project status with clients on a regular basis, usually in the form of conference calls, web presentations, or onsite meetings as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience </span><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 71, 70); font-size: 12pt\">as a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager/Project Manager in a food/beverage manufacturing plant. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Direct plant floor experience is required</span>.</span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75);
