Create and manage schedules for Field Marketers. Research events throughout the area.</p>\n<p>· <strong>Team Management:</strong> Assist in hiring, training, and setting clear expectations for Field Marketers. Supervise their field activities and address any performance issues.</p>\n<p>· <strong>Accuracy and Compliance:</strong> Ensure all appointments obtained by Field Marketers are accurate and complete. Adhere to budget constraints and return on investment requirements.</p>\n<p>· <strong>Product Knowledge:</strong> Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to answer customer questions and demonstrate our offerings at events.</p>\n<p>· <strong>Client Engagement:</strong> Approach and engage potential prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.</p>\n<p>· <strong>Appointment Scheduling:</strong> Set up in-home estimate appointments for our sales team.</p>\n<p>·<strong> Event Support:</strong> Oversee the setup and breakdown of booths at events.</p>\n<p>· <strong>Culture:</strong> Help contribute and foster a positive company culture.</p>\n<p>· <strong>Technology Use:</strong> Utilize various mobile technologies for data entry and tracking.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· 1-3 Years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.</p>\n<p>· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.</p>\n<p>· Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a proven track record in prospect engagement.</p>\n<p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>\n<p>· Clean driving record and reliable transportation. (must have valid driver's license)</p>\n<p>· Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.</p>\n<p>· Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.</p>\n<p>· Physical ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours.</p>\n<p>· Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re ready to take on a dynamic role that allows you to engage with clients and promote top-quality products, we encourage you to apply for the Field Marketer position. High performing individuals have a potential to earn between <strong>$18-$21 an hour</strong>, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between <strong>$750 - $1500/week</strong> and above.
