      "content": "\n<li>Performing air monitoring for asbestos abatement, lead and mold remediation activities</li>\n<li>Investigating indoor air quality and related water intrusion events</li>\n<li>Conducting job site health &amp; safety inspections</li>\n<li>Performing routine site inspections, collecting bulk samples and creating reports according to applicable State and Federal protocols</li>\n<li>Develop reports, memos, addendums as required for project management review, to document site conditions and project-related issues</li>\n<li>Interacting with management, contractors &amp; sub-contractors, coordinating site meetings, developing scopes of work and implementing project schedules, as assigned</li>\n"

      "text": "Minimum Qualifications",
      "content": "\n<li>High School diploma required</li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in performing asbestos, lead paint, IAQ, water intrusion/mold, general industrial hygiene, and facility-related abatement project monitoring and inspections.</li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>A combination of the following certifications:</li>\n<li>EPA AHERA / NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector, Project Designer, Project Monitor and Air Sampling Technician, NYSDOL Mold Assessor, NJ/EPA/NY Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector and/or NYCDEP Asbestos Investigator.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)</li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and state regulations for asbestos, lead paint, etc.</li>\n<li>Must be willing to travel to and from job sites within the NY area</li>\n<li>Must be able to pass a physical exam and be medically cleared to wear negative pressure respirator</li>\n<li>Must be available to occasionally work night or weekend hours may and/or extended shifts beyond 8 hours</li>\n<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record</li>\n<li>Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to DOT-regulated random drug &amp; alcohol testing</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>AS or BS in physical sciences or industrial hygiene, safety, environmental sciences, or related science or engineering fields preferred, but not required</li>\n<li>Additional asbestos accreditations preferred: Management Planner /Supervisor/Project Designer</li>\n<li>OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER</li>\n<li>Experience performing other IH-related work and non-IH environmental work</li>\n<li>Experience performing health and safety oversight</li>\n<li>Experience in construction management</li>\n"
