    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all Duluth Trading employees and visitors at our Mount Horeb headquarters.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting at either 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Position Details</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness in the office areas, and main lobby.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Trash and recycle paper removal -nightly</li>\n   <li>Vacuum as needed. Weekly minimum\n    <ul>\n     <li>Adjust task list to minimize effects of vacuum noise during contact center business hours.</li>\n    </ul></li>\n   <li>Dust all work surfaces weekly</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of all restrooms and showers in the facility</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of all lunchroom and upper-level break rooms.</li>\n <li>Recommend purchases of cleaning supplies.  Maintain inventory and communicate to warehouse supervisor when replenishment of supplies is needed.</li>\n <li>Removal of snow from sidewalks as needed.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma\n  <ul>\n   <li><em>Equivalent work experience would be considered</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><em>Floor stripping and waxing experience preferred</em></li>\n <li>Ability to adjust daily task schedule as needed to support the operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental Factors:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.</li>\n <li>Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.</li>\n <li>Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.</li>\n <li>Push/pull a pallet of up to five hundred pounds.</li>\n <li>Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees (occasionally ranging from 0-60 degrees).</li>\n <li>The ability to walk long distances</li>\n <li>The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day</li>\n <li>The ability to either stand for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation Range: $18/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The responsibilities outlined in this position description are a guideline for the general duties of the position and are not exhaustive of all duties inherent in the job.
