      "content": "\n<li><strong>Inventory Master:</strong> Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts.</li>\n<li><strong>Replenishment Pro:</strong> Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations.</li>\n<li><strong>Operational Support:</strong> Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods.</li>\n<li>Assist in daily operations of the shop, including maintaining shop’s aesthetic and cleanliness, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroom.</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessories.</li>\n<li>Replenish the sales floor from back stock. Shipment Processing</li>\n<li>Prepare all shipment to be steamed/hung/folded (i.e. remove paper and packaging).</li>\n<li>Perform all job duties in compliance with company productivity standards and visual standards.</li>\n<li>Notify the Store Manager in advance of supplies needed (hangers sensors, and pins).</li>\n<li>With Manager’s guidance, open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipment.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of retail experience.</li>\n<li>A proven track record of achieving sales goals while minimizing loss.</li>\n<li>Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.</li>\n<li>You're a master multitasker, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.</li>\n<li>A positive attitude is your secret weapon – your pleasant demeanor is contagious!</li>\n<li>Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.</li>\n"
