font-weight: bold\">What You’ve Done Before:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">7+ years of professional software engineering experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years building scalable backend services and APIs using Python</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience contributing to or leading platform modernization or migration initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working in cloud-native environments (preferably Azure)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience designing and operating production-grade REST APIs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Background in regulated industries such as FinTech, Banking, or Healthcare is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
