    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Technical SEO &amp; AEO Manager is responsible for the technical foundation that enables organic discoverability and AI-driven answer visibility across our digital experiences. Reporting to the SEO/AEO Lead, this role partners closely with a Content Strategist to ensure technical execution and content strategy work together—aligning site structure, page templates, schema, and performance with search and answer-engine requirements.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Technical SEO Execution</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own technical SEO health across crawlability, indexation, site speed (Core Web Vitals), mobile usability, and structured data</li>\n <li>Translate SEO/AEO requirements into clear, prioritized tickets for Engineering</li>\n <li>Support CMS, component, and template decisions to ensure SEO scalability</li>\n <li>Manage redirects, canonicals, pagination, and crawl budget optimization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>AEO Enablement (in partnership with Content Strategist)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement technical frameworks that support AI-generated answers and zero-click experiences</li>\n <li>Build and maintain structured data (FAQ, HowTo, Product, Review, Organization, Speakable, etc.)</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Content Strategy to align page structure, headings, and markup to user intent and conversational queries</li>\n <li>Ensure content is technically eligible for featured snippets and AI answer surfaces</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Measurement &amp; Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor technical performance, index coverage, and answer visibility using GSC, GA4, and SEO tools</li>\n <li>Support KPI reporting tied to organic traffic quality, leads, and conversions</li>\n <li>Identify and recommend improvements based on search and AI platform changes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the technical SEO/AEO subject matter expert for Engineering and Product teams</li>\n <li>Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure SEO recommendations align with regulatory constraints</li>\n <li>Support the SEO/AEO Lead with audits, analysis, and roadmap inputs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, rendering, and ranking mechanics&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience working with engineers in agile development environments&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficiency with structured data and performance optimization</li>\n <li>Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners</li>\n <li>4–7+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience for large or complex websites</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>4–7+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience for large or complex websites</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting AI-powered search and answer engines&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Background in large-scale websites, eCommerce, or lead-generation environments&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React / Next.js) from an SEO standpoint&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience working closely with content strategists or editorial teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Occasionally, less than 25%</li>\n</ul>",
