          "text": "<p>We are seeking a skilled Reefer Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. While your primary focus will be keeping our refrigeration units and heating units running, you will also be a key part of our trailer maintenance team.</p><p>Shift will be on our weekday night shift, Monday to Thursday, 2100-0730.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Diagnostics &amp; Repair:</strong> Troubleshoot and repair components on refrigeration and heating units, including compressors, motors, controls, and evaporators.</p></li><li><p><strong>Preventative Maintenance:</strong> Conduct routine inspections, test for leaks, and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance.</p></li><li><p><strong>System Charging:</strong> Safely handle, recover, and recharge systems with refrigerants (e.g., R-22, R-410A).</p></li><li><p><strong>Electrical Work:</strong> Read and interpret electrical diagrams and wiring schematics to diagnose control systems.</p></li><li><p><strong>Fabrication:</strong> Use welding and brazing equipment to connect or repair piping and refrigerant lines.</p></li></ul>",
