          "text": "<p>The ideal candidate will have the following:</p><ul><li>A Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering or a related engineering field</li><li>A Professional Engineer license in Texas or ability to obtain within six months</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience designing engineering projects for public sector clients, including 3 years with project management responsibilities</li><li>Skilled in coordinating with multiple clients, review agencies, and design team members on an ongoing basis</li><li>Proficient with proposal writing, budgeting, and project financial management</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li></ul><p>Additional preferred experience includes the following:</p><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Established relationships with Texas clients</li><li>Participation in business development activities</li><li>Managing teams of engineers and developing early career engineers</li><li>Developing and guiding construction plan packages and/or stormwater master planning studies</li><li>AutoCAD/Civil3D and GIS</li><li>Practical application of the various hydrology/hydraulics software, including&#xa0;HEC-RAS (1D/2D preferred), HEC-HMS, SWMM, and HY-8</li><li>Construction oversight of project installations</li></ul>",
