margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 15px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">&nbsp;401(k) with Employer match!&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately pick <span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">bulk and outbound orders</span> using RF scanners, ensuring correct products and quantities are picked according to order specifications.</li><li>Safely operate a stand-up forklift to transport materials, including stacking and retrieving items from 3-high pallet racking.</li><li>Inspect, load, and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods and maintaining safety standards.</li><li>Follow FEFO (first expired, first out) inventory management procedures to ensure products with the earliest expiration dates are picked and shipped first.</li><li>Utilize Sage X3 and SAP for inventory tracking, order picking, and reporting, ensuring all transactions are documented accurately.</li><li>Prepare BOLs (bills of lading), packing slips, and other shipping documents for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.</li><li>Receive inbound shipments, verify product types, quantities, and quality, and ensure that all received materials match the order specifications.</li><li>Place incoming materials into appropriate racking based on product type, handling instructions, and allergen policies to maintain proper segregation and prevent cross-contamination.</li><li>Perform regular stock rotation to ensure product freshness and minimize inventory shrinkage.</li><li>Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with inventory reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare and organize outbound loads of finished products for intercompany shipments, ensuring the correct products are ready for transport to other facilities or locations.</li><li>Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring materials are stored in the correct locations for easy access.</li><li>Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), Q&amp;FS (Quality &amp; Food Safety), and OSHA safety policies.</li><li>Carry out assigned cleaning tasks while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li><li>Flexible in working both shifts as needed to ensure proper coverage during the absence of other warehouse team members.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">High school diploma or GED is preferred.</li><li>1-2 years experience as a material handler, warehouse worker, or similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of allergen policies and the ability to apply them when placing products into storage.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Proficient with RF scanners for order picking and inventory management.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems for order processing and inventory tracking.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office).</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>18 years of age or older.</li><li>Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse setting.</li><li>Understanding of FEFO principles and their application in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in order picking, inventory management, and documentation.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a high level of individual responsibility.</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.</li><li>Basic computer skills;
