Help fellow employees with safety, productivity, housekeeping, and fixing small mechanical issues that arise.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Working Conditions</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Operate batching, grinding, mixing, crumbling and pelleting machinery, maintain proper amps, temp, oil levels, and quality.
