They will do this by verifying operator documentation, controlling losses, maintaining inventory accuracy and continuous cycle counting.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>From your EXPERTISE to ours</strong></p><p><em>Key responsibilities for this position include:</em></p><ul><li>Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.</li><li>Verify and maintain proper inventory accuracy to meet internal and external customer needs.</li><li>Ensure all required inventory counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Ensure no material shortages or downtime occur as a result of inventory discrepancies or inaccuracy.</li><li>Ensure all reports/tasks are completed on time and accurately.</li><li>Compare inventories &amp; research discrepancies between Warehouse Management Systems and SAP</li><li>Provide timely and accurate information on raw material losses.</li><li>Understand material ordering process and the role/responsibility of our offsite materials warehouse.</li><li>Review and validate milk base batching sheets, consume materials to processing batch orders.</li><li>Validate pallets produced per production, consume materials into production order.</li><li>Teco (confirm production orders completed/closed) and final verification of high losses for accounting purposes.</li><li>File Management of OCS and batching sheets to provide support and assist with traceability audits.</li><li>Assist production and warehouse in making any corrections to quantities for produced finished goods pallets.</li><li>Perform various work investigations, solve problems, collect data and complete work assignments as needed.</li><li>Ensure physical counts of raw materials for inventory control take place and any necessary adjustments to include STO/COGI are completed timely.</li><li>Assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, relocations, etc.</li><li>Manage the inventory and disposal of obsolete materials.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
