For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h3>In this role you will:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the primary representative of the client, ensuring their interests are protected across all phases of the program lifecycle</li>\n <li>Lead and manage large-scale, multi-project capital programs from planning through to execution and close-out</li>\n <li>Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and program controls to ensure successful delivery</li>\n <li>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including design teams, contractors, consultants, and client leadership</li>\n <li>Provide strategic guidance on procurement, scheduling, risk management, and cost control</li>\n <li>Monitor program performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and industry best practices</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program processes and delivery methodologies</li>\n <li>Prepare and present executive-level reports and updates to senior stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<h3> </h3>\n<h3>We would love to hear from you if you:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Have significant experience in program or project management within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors</li>\n <li>Have proven experience acting as an owner’s representative or client-side lead on major capital projects</li>\n <li>Possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Are experienced in managing complex budgets, schedules, and risk frameworks</li>\n <li>Have a track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget</li>\n <li>Are commercially astute with strong contract administration knowledge</li>\n <li>Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li>\n <li>Hold a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p></p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
