About this Role PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter with construction industry experience to support our growing workforce needs. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, including field, skilled trades, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of construction recruiting, understands the urgency of project-based hiring, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver talent strategies that support operational success across multiple regions. What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for field and corporate roles Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill construction and skilled trade roles Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks Build and maintain pipelines of electricians, linemen, project managers, and other critical roles Attend job fairs, industry events, and workforce development initiatives Stakeholder Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trends Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and pipeline health Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals Candidate Experience & Process Management Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Market Insights & Continuous Improvement Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives What You'll Bring Experience & Skills 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on construction, skilled trades, or related industries Proven ability to fill high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar platforms) Core Competencies Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities Results-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability High attention to detail and organizational skills Adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred Equivalent experience will be considered What You'll Get PAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including: 100% employer-paid health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your dependents 100% employer-paid basic life insurance 100% employer-paid disability benefits 401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution Paid Time Off (sick and vacation) Paid Holidays Tuition Assistance Wellness and Mental Health Programs Learning and Development Programs PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
