    "description": "<p><span>The Flight Line team at San Carlos Flight Center is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our team. The Flight Line team is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft are kept in the best possible condition at all times, providing a safe and comfortable experience for our pilots and passengers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and customer service, and a commitment to excellence.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Conduct regular inspections of the fleet to identify and address any issues</span></li>\n<li><span>Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all aircraft are airworthy and safe to fly</span></li>\n<li><span>Keep the interiors and exteriors of the aircraft clean and presentable, including washing the aircraft, polishing the exterior, and vacuuming the interiors</span></li>\n<li><span>Restock the aircraft with supplies as needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure that all fleet aircraft are in the right parking spots, and secured with ropes</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform exterior washes and waxes of aircraft</span></li>\n<li><span>Clean the interiors of aircraft, including removal of garbage left inside</span></li>\n<li><span>Replace the cleaning materials inside aircraft</span></li>\n<li><span>Verify the presence of current checklists in all aircraft</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare for barbecues and other SCFC events</span></li>\n<li><span>Help member pilots at the aircraft</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain ramp cleanliness and safety</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Passion for aviation and customer service</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent attention to detail and dedication to excellence</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to stand, bend, and reach</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to live and work in the United States, and able to commute to San Carlos for work</span></li>\n<li><span>Aviation experience is a plus, but not required</span></li>\n<li><span>Fluent in English, able to communicate clearly with pilots and mechanics</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>The San Carlos Flight Center team is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our pilots and customers, and we are looking for a team member who shares that commitment.
