Our solutions drive efficiency, sustainability, and success for industry leaders worldwide.</p><p>The Field Service Technician is responsible for supporting the successful installation, start-up, and ongoing performance of Komline&rsquo;s equipment at customer sites. The Field Service Technician leads on-site commissioning efforts, performs detailed equipment inspections, and ensures systems operate safely, efficiently, and to specification.</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the on-site start-up, commissioning, and optimization of electrical and mechanical systems</li><li>Conduct detailed equipment checks, verify installations, and ensure readiness for customer operations</li><li>Analyze and record performance data during equipment tests to ensure peak efficiency</li><li>Perform repairs and conduct preventative maintenance on company equipment in the field to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation</li><li>Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to meet project timelines for newly installed equipment</li><li>Create clear and concise technical reports to maintain and provide punch lists for project closeouts</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A background in engineering, technical services, or related fields (degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience)</li><li>2+ years of field service experience, including proficiency with mechanical systems, electrical systems, and high-speed rotating equipment</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals</li><li>Familiarity with control panels, motor starters, AC/DC drives, and instrumentation</li><li>Strong organization to meet deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to write and verbally communicate to build rapport with teams and customers</li><li>Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction through attention to detail and problem-solving&nbsp;</li><li>Thrive in fast-paced environments with extensive travel (up to 75%, including long-term assignments domestic and international)</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong> Komline is an EEO employer &ndash; M/F/Vets/Disabled</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
