          "text": "<p>The <strong>Senior Bridge Engineer</strong> will support&#xa0;infrastructure detailed design for our bridge team. The bridge team works collaboratively with our divisional team across <strong>Ontario.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading in producing engineering products for bridge rehabilitation and new design projects from concept through construction to meet customer quality requirements.</li><li>Complete detailed structural design calculations and analysis.</li><li>Work independently and as part of a team to define problems, establish work scope, prepare budgets and schedules, plan the work, and provide technical direction and oversight.</li><li>Prepare and check detailed engineering models, drawings, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, and technical reports.</li><li>Develop and review designs for new bridges and bridge rehabilitation.</li><li>Provide expertise and services related to the evaluation, inspection, and rehabilitation of transportation structures.</li><li>Review cost estimates, specifications, and tender documents prepared by junior engineers.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments, including highway, foundation, environmental, drainage, and electrical.</li><li>Maintain effective working relationships with clients.</li><li>Perform project management duties, including assembling and managing project teams, controlling budgets and schedules, ensuring quality control, and managing client interactions.</li><li>Provide input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and less experienced Engineers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor or Master degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.</li><li>Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).</li><li>Minimum 15&#xa0;years of progressive design experience for MTO and municipalities projects involves steel and concrete bridge structures in Ontario.</li><li>Must be able to lead detailed design and contract preparation together with team member and as self-directed manner.</li><li>Proficient user of structural analysis software (Midas and CSiBridge).</li><li>Sound and in-depth knowledge in MTO standards and policies, Highway Bridge Design Code (CSA-S6), AASHTO and ARIMA Codes.</li><li>Ability to provide construction liaison and act as Contract Administrator.</li><li>Ability to review and sign-off of technical design reports.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Sound understanding of other disciplines scope and ability to liaise.</li><li>Possess a valid driver’s license.</li></ul>",
