Information Technology manages all aspects of the IT Program Lifecycle as well as the coordination and delivery of key cross-organizational strategic programs.</p><p><b>Partner with the best</b></p><p>As a Technical Program Manager II, you will have end-to-end accountability for delivery of projects and programs. You will lead strategic and complex programs from planning to sustainment, while reporting program benefits to key stakeholders.</p><p>As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Managing complex, cross-functional multi-year projects and programs</li><li class=\"lst\">Managing stakeholder engagement and expectations</li><li class=\"lst\">Presenting and reporting to all levels of the business from team members to executives</li><li class=\"lst\">Identifying risks and issues, demonstrating proactive problem solving in complex environments</li><li class=\"lst\">Defining detailed program / project plans and ensure team members are accountable for their activities</li><li class=\"lst\">Adopting best-practice guidelines and implement continuous improvements to PMO processes</li></ul><p><b>Do what you love</b></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in business management or its equivalent</li><li class=\"lst\">Have professional experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant</li><li class=\"lst\">Have experience with implementing SaaS based applications and managing system implementation providers</li><li class=\"lst\">Be able to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment</li></ul><p><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></p><p>FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
