Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Meal preparation</li>\n <li>Housekeeping</li>\n <li>Companionship</li>\n <li>Personal hygiene care</li>\n <li>Transportation assistance</li>\n <li>Other light duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)</li>\n <li>Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.</li>\n <li>Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of pre-employment background check</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>\n<p>All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
