    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>UC Health is hiring a Full Time Clinical Staff RN Educator for our Psychiatry Department at the UC Medical Center</strong></p>\n<p>The Clinical Staff RN Educator is responsible for providing individualized orientation for new personnel, in-service education, and continuing education programs to meet the identified needs of the staff. The Clinical Staff RN Educator serves as a resource to the nursing staff. The Clinical Staff RN Educator assesses, develops, coordinates, and supports educational programs to meet the needs of staff and enhance specific clinical nursing skills.
