Apply today to be a part of our success story.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that Technicians are conversant with Service and Workshop bulletins, rules and safety matters and maintain discipline.</li>\n<li>To supervise the workshop and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.</li>\n<li>To ensure that Clean Service Kits and vehicle protection aids are always used.</li>\n<li>To instruct Technicians concerning repair procedures and contact Manufacturer Technical Department if necessary.</li>\n<li>To be responsible for Technician apprentice training and supervision.</li>\n<li>To inform Service Advisors of additional work required and instruct Technicians as necessary.</li>\n<li>To approve work order and ensure times allotted are not exceeded and that additional work is recorded accurately.</li>\n<li>To test drive vehicles after completion of work, to monitor quality control.</li>\n<li>To ensure that time control operates as prescribed by management.</li>\n<li>To be responsible for general order in the Workshop and ensure that tools, special tools, equipment and Workshop literature are complete and up to date.</li>\n<li>To be responsible for accurate Warranty work and to ensure that parts exchanged are returned for claim.</li>\n<li>Advise Service Advisors and Technicians whether work is retail/warranty/internal/sales and ensure Technicians retain Parts when required.</li>\n<li>To arrange Emergency Service coverage as specified by Service Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years’ experience in a similar role.</li>\n<li>Full, clean driving licence.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Work well as part of a team, and on own initiative.</li>\n<li>Display a professional, courteous manner at all times.</li>\n<li>Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p>Why work with us?</p>\n<ul>\n<li>31 Days Paid Leave (inclusive of public holidays)</li>\n<li>Company Pension</li>\n<li>Healthcare Scheme</li>\n<li>Employee Volunteer Day</li>\n<li>2 Company Days</li>\n<li>Bike to Work Scheme</li>\n<li>Referral Bonus</li>\n<li>Milestone Programme</li>\n<li>Professional &amp; Personal Development</li>\n<li>Rewards &amp; Recognition</li>\n<li>Employee Wellbeing Programme</li>\n<li>24/7 Employee Assistance Programme</li>\n<li>Death in Service Benefit</li>\n<li>Long Term Disability Scheme</li>\n<li>Tax Saver scheme</li>\n<li>Employee Recognition Programme</li>\n<li>Sports and Social Club</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>#INDHP</span></p>",
