    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><h1 id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">BI Report Developer&nbsp; REMOTE</span></h1><h1><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Role and Responsibilities</span></h1><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The BI Report Developer role will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports for internal and external use utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI. &nbsp;The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Create, troubleshoot, and maintain SSRS reports and their corresponding data sets.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Create, troubleshoot, and maintain Power BI reports based on company endorsed data models.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and the BI team on reporting and analysis projects.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Validate report functionality with internal staff and end-users.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Collaborate with internal QA on acceptance testing and data validation.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Adhere to development standard operating procedures including design specifications, unit testing and the BI development lifecycle.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">If a HIPAA violation is discovered, whether individually or by another, you must report the violation to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Flexibility to understand, appreciate and embrace that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
