The Senior Project Manager controls the schedule, cost, and quality of construction projects. Acting as a liaison with owners, architects, engineering, subcontractors and clients, the Senior Project Manager oversees project cost, scheduling, completion, and close-out for multiple construction projects. The Senior Project Manager will also maintain constant and effective communications with team members, internal/external customers and vendors. The Senior Project Manager will:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Maintain Procore records and logs including drawings, sketches, contracts, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Control of costs through contract and purchase negotiations, change order generation, and other project cost management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Implement and track RFQ and bid packages to subcontractor and vendors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Create project schedules and 3-week look ahead schedules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Prepare and archive meeting minutes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Conduct site visits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Compose take-offs and estimates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Conduct subcontractor and owner meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Prepare and deliver close outs and owners' manuals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Coordinate BIM activities with architects and subcontractors. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Discuss and report follow-ups with project team, clients and subcontractors/vendors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Manage company documentation per company guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Mentor and coach tram members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Readily share knowledge and experience with coworkers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Follow goal-based work plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Flexibility for overnight travel up to 7 days per month.  </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Supervisory Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Provide daily oversight, direction and management of Project Managers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Select contracts and oversee contractors for specific needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Required Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Mastery of principles of project management for building construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Understanding of principles of engineering and architecture related to design and construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Mastery with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Procore.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Excellent communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Works well as part of a team or achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Strong communication skills, thorough and attentive to details, able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline-oriented.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Mastery of ability to read and understand work orders, plans, specs, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Mastery of ability to interact effectively with subcontractors, vendors, clients and employees at all levels of the organization.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or associated field OR equivalent experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> 15+ years of experience in construction management of building, new and renovations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Substantial on-site construction experience and knowledge of means and methods.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">OSHA 10-Hour Certified</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> BIM familiarity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Design-Build project experience</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
