This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring individuals receive safe, consistent, and person-centered support in a home environment.</p>\n\n<p>The Home Manager is responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), maintaining appropriate staffing coverage, supporting quality services, and helping ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
