    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><p><strong><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Job Summary:</span></strong></p><p><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Will be responsible for set up and operation of diamond turning machines in the production of low and high volume production jobs. &nbsp;These jobs have tight tolerance and are complex in nature. &nbsp;The employee will train others as directed by the Operations Manager.&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Operate diamond turning machines to manufacture mold nubbins and prototype lenses.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Clean and visually inspect diamond turned lenses.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Inspect lenses using metrology equipment.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Record inspection data, labor hours and job information as required.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Clean and maintain the diamond turning machines as required.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Diamond Tool Inspection and handling</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Vacuum chuck mounting and machining.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Spindle balancing</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Diamond Tool Set up &ndash; multiple tools</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Machine adjustment and program parameter changes to maintain lens tolerance.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Machining of diffractive surfaces.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Additional Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>When requested, may work on special projects and various related assignments.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>May be required to work in various areas of operations when necessary&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Performs other related duties and assignments as required.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Keeps work area clean and organized</span></li></ul><h3><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Physical Demands and Work Environment:</span></h3><p><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
