Daily Operations &amp; System Management</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Manage folder structures, asset permissions, and user roles.</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Maintain configuration settings, controlled vocabularies, and metadata schemas.</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Oversee asset ingestion and enforce naming conventions and metadata rules.</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Validate and refine AI‑generated smart tags.</span><br><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">2. Metadata, Taxonomy &amp; Governance Enforcement</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Maintain taxonomy, tags, hierarchical folder models, and vocabularies.</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Ensure metadata completeness and consistency through review workflows.</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Partner with teams to manage usage rights metadata.</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Maintain governance standards, playbooks, and user guidelines.</span><br><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">3. Quality Control, Audit &amp; De‑duplication</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Conduct quality assurance checks on assets and metadata.</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Execute duplicate-detection and de‑duplication protocols.</span><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">• Perform periodic audits to maintain searchability and accuracy.</span><br><br><span lang=\"EN-US\">4.
