Other job-related duties may be assigned.</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Manage a team of workers in achieving daily production and shipping goals. Provide training and guidance to workers to meet performance standards.</li>\n\t<li>Determine resource requirements, work allocation and production deadlines to achieve production objectives. &bull; Ensure materials, supplies and equipment are readily and continuously available for workers to carry out production process. &bull; Coordinate with Plant Manager in resolving plant issues in a timely manner.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain proper documentation for all plant related activities.</li>\n\t<li>Implement continuous plant improvements for increased productivity and scrap reduction.</li>\n\t<li>Optimize plant operations to meet quality and production standards.</li>\n\t<li>Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of equipment to prevent machine downtime.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain work area clean, safe and organized for workers.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure plant compliance with company policies and government regulations.</li>\n\t<li>Perform special projects and other job-related duties as directed by the Plant Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n\n<p>Supervision is exercised over assigned Plant employees, both directly or indirectly through subordinate supervisors.
