The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint development technologies and a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and best practices. This role requires strong leadership skills to mentor junior developers while managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and develop scalable, high-performance SharePoint solutions using technologies such as <strong>SharePoint Framework (SPFx)</strong>, <strong>SharePoint Designer</strong>, <strong>SharePoint Add-ins</strong>, and <strong>SharePoint REST API</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize <strong>PowerShell</strong> for automation and management of SharePoint environments, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect SharePoint solutions that meet business requirements, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Integration of AI tools into the software development life cycle. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and pages to align with organizational needs and improve user engagement. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and resolve complex technical problems quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot issues and debug code efficiently, employing best practices to maintain high-quality solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team skills and productivity. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of SharePoint projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead project planning, estimation, and tracking efforts using agile development methodologies, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and alignment on project objectives. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field and 7+ years of SharePoint development experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Active DoD Secret clearance at minimum – required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience within the DHA theater – highly preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in SharePoint development technologies, including <strong>SharePoint Framework (SPFx)</strong>, <strong>SharePoint Designer</strong>, <strong>SharePoint Add-ins</strong>, <strong>SharePoint REST API</strong>, and <strong>PowerShell</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and infrastructure, including <strong>SharePoint farm topology</strong>, service applications, web applications, and content databases. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience designing performant and scalable SharePoint solutions that adhere to best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of effectively troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated experience customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and pages to meet business needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior developers and guiding teams through technical challenges. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with agile development methodologies and leading project planning, estimation, and tracking efforts. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a <strong>Senior SharePoint Developer</strong> to contribute to impactful projects and lead a talented team in a collaborative and innovative environment. </p>\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $101,949.60/Yr.\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>USD $159,296.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Disclosure</h2>Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
