This individual will perform routine cGMP release and stability testing of Artiva's NK cell therapy products, support laboratory investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement of QC systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in ordering supplies, reagents and equipment.</li>\n<li>Write and revise SOPs/Test methods that support Artiva’s cell therapy products.</li>\n<li>Operate and test ELISA, Flow Cytometers, automated cell counters, and other analytical instruments and equipment, as needed.</li>\n<li>Support activities for QC equipment IQ/OQ/PQs.</li>\n<li>Perform routine cGMP release and stability testing of Artiva’s products; including biological tests, biochemistry, chemistry-based tests as needed.</li>\n<li>Support and as needed evaluate QC systems and/or implement system improvements with supervision.</li>\n<li>Support laboratory investigations and write reports for deviations and Out of Specification results.</li>\n<li>Document lab work in a thorough and accurate manner.</li>\n<li>Perform all work according to company policies, SOPs, and cGMP practices.</li>\n<li>Assist in planning for GMP release testing, including testing schedules, reviewing biology data and investigating OOS and OOT results.</li>\n<li>Write technical QC protocols and reports as needed.</li>\n<li>Assist in analytical qualification and validation, as necessary.</li>\n<li>Support the transfer and optimization of analytical methods from Analytical Development (or contract laboratories).</li>\n<li>Develop an in-depth understanding of NK products, testing, and safety.</li>\n<li>Maintain records and databases in accordance with procedures.</li>\n<li>Support other special QC projects as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or relevant scientific field, preferably in biology or related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of cGMP QC experience in a cell therapy/biotech/pharmaceutical setting is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in supporting cGMP deviations, OOS, etc.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of method transfers, qualifications, and validations; current industry practices; and some experience with guidance interpretation and application</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Adept at learning critical thinking and technical writing skills.</li>\n<li>Computer skills required to operate Microsoft Word and Excel programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In addition to a great culture, we offer:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A beautiful facility </li>\n<li>An entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and innovative environment</li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits, including:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision</li>\n<li>Group Life Insurance</li>\n<li>Long Term Disability (LTD)</li>\n<li>401(k) Retirement Plan</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n<li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n<li>Company paid holidays, including the year-end holiday week</li>\n<li>Our recognition program, Bonus.ly, is where you can trade in points earned for things you want.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If all this speaks to you, come join us on our journey!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Base Salary: $ 79,000 - $ 91,000.
