  "Job_Description": "Job Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Tracking Coordinator to oversee and manage the real-time movement of trucks through the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking truck locations, plotting movements in Excel, generating timely and accurate reports, analyzing logistics data for performance insights, and ensuring seamless communication between drivers and senior management. This role is critical in enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and timely delivery across the logistics function. Responsibilities: Real-Time Monitoring: Track and monitor the movement of trucks using the VTS to ensure timely deliveries. Data Management: Plot truck movements and related data into Excel spreadsheets accurately. Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing truck movements, delivery times, and any deviations from schedules. Data Analysis: Analyze tracking data to identify patterns, delays, and areas for improvement. Communication: Maintain regular communication with drivers to gather updates and provide necessary information. Issue Resolution: Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in truck movements promptly. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide timely updates and findings to senior management based on data analysis. Compliance: Ensure all tracking activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (Not mandatory) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics tracking or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and chart creation. Familiarity with Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS). Experience in data entry and analysis. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good spoken Swahili & English. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Office-based role with occasional requirements to visit warehouses or transportation hubs. Rotational working hours in 3 shifts (morning, day and night) with the possibility of extended hours during peak periods.",
